  • Can I have a consultation and treatment on the same day?

    Yes, a consultation and treatment can happen on the same day.

  • If I am unsure of what service I want, what kind of consultation should I book?

    You could book a consultation for an injectable consult and at the consultation we can discuss together what is best to fit your specific needs and desires. 

  • How long does an average appointment take?

    Depending on service being provided appointment times could range from 15 min to 30 minutes. 

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    We accept debit and credit card payments, cash or check and also offer membership opportunities for as low as $75 per month. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a 24 hour notice for your cancellation. 

  • How often should I come back for treatments?

    It is recommended you return for repeat treatments every 3-6 months based on how your skin is feeling. 

  • Does Magnolia Medical Wellness offer services to men?

    Yes! We encourage men to make an appointment for consultation to discuss their aesthetic goals!

  • What areas do you provide service in?

    We are located in Enfield, CT but can easily provide services to Longmeadow MA, East Longmeadow MA, Hampden MA,  Somers CT, Stafford CT, Ellington CT, Vernon CT, Windsor CT, East Windsor CT, South Windsor CT and all other surrounding towns. 

  • What kind of training does your staff have?

    Currently Magnolia Medical Wellness is an APRN owned and run business with a basis of medical and aesthetics training.
